Uhm well it's a Nice piece, the nose could be fixed a little cause the curves you did below the eyes usually are above from the eyelids to the end of the eye as position, not attached but u got it, (I don't know if it is your style as I don't really work with cartoons).
The the shirt is REALLY low cut (the kind your mom wouldn't let you buy) so maybe a little tiny bit of her possible YaKnowWhat (dunno if she's flat like East america) should show. Then the left side of her jacket or swearshirt (whatever it is) is Bigger then the right side. The ear is too low and the eyes are too near (looking and the face standing from the jaw the right eye should be more one the right).
But let me tell you the hair is stunning!!! This is a personal opinion but if because of the rain they either get super big and messy or flat on the face it would be wholesome (this is not a error or Nothing of sort just something thar crossed my mind so ignore it if you prefer it that way)
