Looks pretty cute, but my main concern is the size of her head. It’s almost as wide as her shoulders, I would shrink the head a bit.
Also the hair highlights (someone already mentioned that) and the eyes are too close together, barely seeing the nose

(2/2) smth traditional like pencil is better to color with in strokes instead of just filling in with blocks, but it looks like you’ve already colored the jacket and shirt in a similar way, with bulk shadows. I’d suggest doing the same thing with the hair highlights, and only add strand highlights in certain places (without making them too thin)

•woag I love the eyes in the background…if ur looking for critique, I’d say one thing I’d change is your drawing/coloring of the hair. Instead of adding individual strands of highlights, try coloring the highlights and shadows in blocks of color, keeping in mind where on the head the hair is growing from! (1/2)
