Figure Drawing Standing Pose - charcoal sketch

A few months ago I decided to take figure drawing classes again, because it never hurts to learn something new or brush up on your skills. Most of our models have been women, but we've sketched a couple of men. Each of our poses last for a month. For this piece the first two days were spent blocking everything out, working on proportions, and mapping out the shadows. Next two classes will be about shading.Apr 14, 2021
