Delta Green - Finan Syahputra concept

Finan Syahputra, M-EPIC officer. He joined a few months ago, so you don't know that much about him. But you do know that he always greets you with a warm smile and is quick to offer help. In the rare moments when he's not busy jumping from department to department, he'd often check up on you and see how you're doing. He often wears M-EPIC issued coveralls covered to keep dirt, blood, and other... foreign substances off his clothes. You also notice a slight Indonesian accent in his English.

Phew, I should rely try to be more active here. Anyway, here's my PC for a new Delta Green (horror ttrpg) game! His birthday is the day I came up with his first concept.Nov 11, 2021
