Starburst
Here’s a quick watercolor painting I did yesterday where I just splattered several watercolor paints over a piece of paper and taped it down with 14 strips of thin painters’ tape. After letting it dry for nearly two hours, I removed the tape and left a abstract design with triangle slices of psychedelic backgrounds and the white space left from the tapes became a star like design, hence why I gave it the title Starburst, as it can be seen as a star that is intensely forming in a galaxy about a hundred times fast than in normal galaxies.Jul 2, 2026#santacruzartists
