Sailor Moon PracticeA simple practice drawing of Usagi and Rei. This time I followed Kooleen's process video and tried to incorporate her techniques.
I think her way of drawing is the best when you want to draw something quickly. At the same time, if I took more time to add details, it has potential to be a good quality illustration.
I am still struggling with shadows and highlights though
I feel like I could draw them better. It's also the thing I hate practicing the most

I think the shading looks fine, maybe it's just not your preferred style yet? Not sure what you're going for though.
I do think Rei's chin is a bit too pointy, but that's more nitpicking than anything I think
