Sketch #1Trying something simpler this time. It's nice to step back a bit from colouring and rendering and just have a sketch as a finished piece.
Although is it really a sketch if it took me 2h to finish it? I wonder if I'll ever learn to actually sketch
I just don't like unfinished looking drawings. I like it when others do it, but when I do it, it feels wrong and I have to refine it 
If you're wondering "dude, why do you draw one sketch for 2h" I have an explanation. You see, I've never done any shading when drawing. I considered my drawings finished with just lineart. When I started sharing my drawings and taking art more seriously, I found myself struggling with making my art look "polished". Drawing usually takes me maybe 10-20mins, and then it takes hours to figure out shadows and highlights
Maybe in a year or so I will have enough experience to shade faster Oct 13, 2022
