Rain
A fun project with my friend senuhir: draw the same horse in our style an then compare. Today I finished my version of Rain - because we picked her - and it also turned into my shading practice.IDK where to put this piece. I kind of dislike it. I loved working on the body, but I totally lost it around the mane - I have a hard time to not make my manes flat and then avoiding flatness I just add way too much details to the lineart and it turns out a mess, not giving me clean lines.
So once I was pissed with the mane, then came colouring the eye which wasn't easy in my annoyed state, making me even more annoyed, then picking bg colours - more annoyed, so yeah. Here I am, pissed AF xD But at least I know what I need to work on:
- hair
- ears
- eyes
- shading hair
