Does anyone else really hate it when webtoon readers hyperfocus on a ship or a “hot” character and just completely forget about the story?

Ok the subzero fandom fuckin SUCKS man. Like I swear every time Aaron interacts with clove he gets absolutely shit on despite (in my opinion) him being the most tolerable character in the whole comic. Like I remember in one episode (I think it was around 50-60) Aaron & Kyro had that argument and Kyro stepped WAY out of line and everyone just??? Excused it??? Like all the comments were just “Kyro looked so hot in that one panel” and “move along Aaron you’re in the way of purple babies” THEN WHEN HE ALMOST FUCKIN DIES EVERYONE FLIPPED??? W H A T.
