It's you, pt2/2The two final portraits.
In the top drawing he is somewhere in his late 20s, closer to 30s. He is a supervillain and he lives in an abandoned warehouse. He works on all kinds of things, mostly they have to do with electronics: hacker devices, small spy cameras, better and cooler versions of his gloves which are practically tasers. He makes sure to have an option for low or high power on them, and he never lets anyone know there's actually only one setting and "high power" does nothing. He's got... a friend? And while he doesn't think much about it, he's convinced this is as good as his life can get.
In the bottom portrait, the final one, he is 41, and we're all caught up to current day. He lives in a nice, big apartment with enough space for him and Martin to have their alone time when they need it. It's tough at first, to share a living space. But not as tough as it could be, because Martin is easy to be with. They have space for a gaming pc and any consoles he's ever wanted, and a coffee machine he gets to fawn over. He takes his insomnia medication and anti-anxiety meds, and antidepressants. He gets hugs when he needs them, and he falls asleep much better when he's held. He's learning. He's making friends. He's still depressed, but he's happier than ever.

Awww, I love the progression from his young self to the current time in the story. Tbh his life rn sound really good. I'd love to have an apartment like that, with spaces to have alone time and decompress when needed but also shared ones for cuddles and just, like, parallel playing and that. Sounds really lovely, it's nice he found that and that he's working on himself and his life despite everything!
