idk if i told yall, i found out a couple months ago that i (most likely) have another personality disorder— AvPD (avoidant) ,, i haven't been officially diagnosed yet bc the process takes fucking forever (it took me 9 months from the first appt to the results appt to get my BPD dx) BUT its nice to know whats wrong with me :') for now I'm just saying i have avoidant "traits" bc regardless of a diagnosis i still exhibit symptomsApr 28, 2024

what i DO know absolutely for 100% sure is that its not anxiety bc ive been evaluated for Anxiety disorders and i definitely dont have any :] so my social issues & avoidance arent related to anxiety issues— which points toward avpd even more
