No but really, these two will start out casually disagreeing on a minor, inconsequential detail while working to get something done, get irritated by the other's response and start to argue against each other's ideas in bad-faith, which leads to deflecting, then projecting, till they blow up entirely and go as far as to start throwing species related insults at each other
Basically, they go off on everything and anything no longer relevant to the situation they're stuck in- all the while someone is being eaten by a dragon or hanging off of a cliff... or whatever else dire you can think of :D
They now know better than to get into any physical altercations with one another, though, so... at least there's that?
They do find some middle ground down the road, as Erjan sympathises with Fuzzy's dedication to his half-sister, and Fuzzy learns to appreciate Erjan's pragmatic approach to things, and so forth.
However, to start, Erjan is difficult to get along with, because 1) he thinks he's better off alone, and 2) his efforts to distance himself from others often comes off as aggressive, particularly to those who don't know him well.
And someone like Fuzzy, while quite level-headed for the most part, does take things very personally and can get very defensive- and more agressive in cases such as this, where resentment builds up in response to Erjan's continuous dismissive behaviour towards him.
He can get defensive/aggressive on others behalfs too; if Erjan is lukewarm towards Mill, or simply doesn't respond to them in any sort of way Fuzzy deems appropriate, he is going to get up in his grill (this btw is not something Mill appreciates, they prefer to speak for themself obviously).
Soooo, not exactly a match made in heaven xDDD but hey, like I said they grow to find more of an understanding of each other over time. Wouldn't be very interesting if they didn't imo lol I imagine they will always get on each other's nerves a little bit, though, that's purely the nature they've fostered for the relationship between them.

This is so good aaah they really express emotion and their anger. They have a very interesting relationship, I love it when every kind is portrayed, not only friends, lovers or enemies, there's so much more greys in life when you don't absolutely hate someone but don't exactly like them either and sometimes they annoy thr shit out of you. The coworkers life I guess haha
