I keep them (except those with some errors that I've overlooked) on my laptop storage, my external hard drive, and Google Drive.
I keep them! Stored in three places. My computer, an external drive, and an online storage place. My computer files need to be cleared every once in a while, so I do that over time when I need to, but most of the time I have everything. And even if I run out of computer space, it is still somewhere else. I love looking back to see my progress, it is such a fun thing
I keep ‘em! As a safety net in case something happens later down the line, like if I need to render the drawing from the original file or if a social media in which it was posted goes down under.
I keep them. I dont know why id delete them
I keep them. (I don't even post most of them online anymore) I recently started saving them as JPGs instead of PNGs, to save storage space. I only ever delete the original files (like PSD files) when the art is older than a year.
I keep all the art I can unless it's really that bad. That's why I have sooooo many sketchbooks. For now most of my digital drawings are saved to my phone's photos, but I might move them later.
I keep them because I want to see my process and make redraws
I keep them backed up on multiple sites & stuff & occasionally go to archive sites like the Wayback Machine & archive my stuff on there too. You can never have too many backups.
I save nearly all of the drawings I make, even if I don’t really like them because I feel bad deleting something I put work into. 90% of the storage on my iPad is taken up by saved drawings or drawing apps lol
I keep the entire canvas around and load them onto a SSD
I have a private Discord server where I just post them for backup.
They are in a sketchbook and I always keep my sketchbooks, or papers of drawings I keep too in a folder.
I keep em all.
I move them to my hdd after export and probably never touch them again
They are usually in my sketchbook, they stay there until the sketchbook is finished, then I out the finised sketchbook into the stack of finished sketchbooks. If they are free sheets, not in sketchbook, I put them in some thematic folders in my closet
I keep them all. I have extra storage/drives if my laptop runs out of space.
I will still keep my drawing in my pc, unless if my pc really out of space, I will tranfer my art to USB
I always have all the orignal files with me. They're testaments to my efforts :D
I organize them into my gallery, upload them to Google drive, put them on my website, download them on my phone, and then sort out where they'll go in my illustration book if they make it
I email it to myself, post it almost everywhere I can and then delete it, unless it's like a really nice drawing.
I usually delete the png and keep the drawing file because that can always be useful to have!
That depends. I usually keep my artworks and my Japanese calligraphy drawings after posting on social media. It's rare if I delete my artworks and Japanese calligraphy drawings after posting on social media. I usually deleted my artworks if there's a mistake in the artworks, a duplicate, or it someone points a mistake on my captions
