Tavish has said a lot of things he regrets but the one thing he regretted most is back when he was nine and told his grandpa before he died that he didn’t even care if he were gone the next day, and just like that his grandpa died that same night and Tavish has been holding onto that for a very long time now.
OOF- I really don’t want to spoil anything but Esther’s most regretted line is complete silence.
In the worst time, she freezes up and holds onto that guilt.

For Willard, there’s way too many I had to cull. Dude is clumsy. But telling his lifelong companion to leave is up there. Guy is broke in his mid 50s in a dingy city with almost no redeeming qualities and no energy.
He just hit the “die alone” button then and there.
Neron when he started dating Ting Ting, it was all forced. He wanted to date someone and get married just to make his family proud, but be couldn't keep lying yo himself and was always reminding Ting Ting that he never truly loved her and is only with her because of an accident.
He regrets it all now because after a long time, he feel in love. But he knows he hurted her and now is trying his best to fix everything.

Lender regrets telling his family they would be OK and promising them that everything would be fine. After that, the tragic accident happened and Lender hasn't been able to forgive himself.

Valentine regrets everything he says.

Exton, Ethan and Levi doesn't regret much. Everything they say they mean it.
Once, Life's company did an employee of the month thing. They said Death is disqualified for the position for existing. Later on they felt horrible for implying that Death shouldn't exist.
Yes! Charlie regrets ever trusting the voices in her head. It costed her life and millions more… :DD
Yesss, said something to someone that they didn't realise crossed several lines - obviously apologised when they realised, but the damage was done...
