CW my usual shit i just wanna vent lol
i actually got a fever after binge drinking last night. 99.9°f. ive been shivering in bed all day. i looked it up. common with people who intermittently have periods of sobriety and binging. its called Kindling. it can cause withdrawal symptoms even without massive intake beforehand. i didnt go hard as i usually do yesterday (like 6-8 drinks. im usually doing 10-15) ive never felt this shitty after drinking before.
the chronic alcohol use is catching up to me
