NEOTOKYO Character Design 3+4
On artstation, they hosted a challenge called NEOTOKYO. I participated in the environment and character design competitions. I'll be uploading all of those works, so keep a lookout for those! This is of a yakuza/fighter character plus a robotic dragon he can control through his horns/antennae. The dragon can also attach at various touch-points to become armor surrounding his body.Here is the full process on this submission!
