Graduation Bouquet
(Repost to edit the cropping)Bad customer. Firstly, went in the shop and ignored me even though I greeted her, because she was more familiar with the other florist. But absolutely no acknowledgement, or even looking at me. Then, being sad because hers doesn't include roses. Girl, wtf you call that purple flower then?
Later on, she sent a message, saying the roses were not fresh, dried, some "brown parts". Those somehow didn't exist when she got it? Most likely it is not brown, but green, because some purple roses have green outer petals. We asked for photo, she said she took them out already. Mmhmm, yeah, totally something someone covering shame would say, coming from someone who didn't even recognise roses... I don't mind if it's really bad, but this is fresh stock came in just yesterday, I checked EACH rose for defects as I was the one dethorning them. I never give flowers that I doubt.
Now it is awful because she most likely threw away decent roses!
I don't know why there are so many bad things happen suddenly. I just want to be happy and others to be happy too so they'd leave me alone.Jul 12, 2023

Customer is not always right, and sounds (and looks) like this was on them and not on you. Annoying customers are the worst, and it's so much easier to remember them than the happy ones.
