Tavish would just be like him normal self but would more than likely end up falling asleep while half way into a conversation lol

Peter might get quite complain-y and have a squinty frown/pursed lips type of face
Andrea... would probably be quiet (which is not much different than when shes awake), key is that shes seems more spacey
Rudy could be grouchy, faster to irritate, and/or a bit emotional (hes normally the person to put a smile on ur face in the group)
Julian would become whiny and confused
Charlotte might have mood swings

I doodle them sleeping often. Had lots of sleep problems due to health issues, so it's like:

Andol is tired 24/7 due to skipping sleep all the time, so just the usual
Kinda grumpy, but cocky and tries to annoy some of his co-workers. Though when he doesn't sleep for too long, he drinks a lot of coffee and he ends up acting like he's drunk and kinda flirty (okay, well, maybe more than kinda. Suuuper flirty) with people he's interested in

When she was young, Methia would often pass out when she could, and especially during lessons, would annoy her caretakers sometimes. As an adult, she’d find the most comfortable spot possible and just nap there. Unless she’s on a quest, she presses onward until she finds a safe spot to rest.

mars tends to fall asleep in bathtubs, on top of toilet seats, in sinks, on top of clothes washers, next to dishwashers, etc. bc its the only way she can recharge 
if she feel sleepy she gotta go commune with the water spirits (this is a joke this universe doesn't have water spirits)
