Does anyone else, when it comes to creating OC families, occasionally go against all 'normal' naming systems? Cause like, sure, you're probably not going to find some kid in nowhere-Washington named Ichabod Cornelius Crow II, but when else will you get the chance to create a family with such names! I mean have you met the Crows? They're dramatic as hell, they call themselves 'The Murder' and they're not even real crows! They're apart of some weird cult I made up so I can give more characters funky vampire-esqe names.
That being said I have no reasoning for the Digby family other than I thought it'd be funny. No parents who want some sanity in their retirement would name their kids such similar names.
Actually now that I think about it Dotti and Danny are probably like one of those stereotypical suburban couple that are almost uncanny in their normalcy, so whose to say they were sane in the first place?Apr 13, 2025
