Do you ever get scared you’re like… subconsciously copying someone else’s design ?? Like sometimes I’ll draw a new character and then be like WAIT… this looks ever so slightly similar to a character that I saw 7 years ago and then forgot about!!!!
Like sometimes I want to post character art but It makes me slightly nervous for some reason.
Technically there are no 100% original ideas but it still feels weird to think about

Theres no design elements in the world left unused somewhere. Style plays a big part on how unique a charie looks. Think of how many anime/cartoon/game characters would be indistinguishable if they had the same style and changed their clothes.
