Question about sketching:
When you wanna draw a specific character how do you come up with a pose? I've got so many ideas what I want to draw but... I can't imagine the posture, what to do with the hands, and so on. It's really frustrating and irritating me. :'c

Using poser apps is useful, they've got lots of presets that you can then tweak ^^ I use one on the iPad called Artpose Female (it's a couple of bucks but it's pretty good)
Use images! Images of poses is extremely helpful I use it all the time. Look for stock photos and draw the pose you like like most or one that fits the character the most
I think the way I draw my characters is by their personality! If it's like a commission where it's not my character I'll usually go for a more generic pose to be safe
I think its a lot about memory. I kind of collect many poses by drawing them and then use them for a character later on, the more stuff you got stored the more you can combine it and make up stuff
I think about what I want to express and build on that. If I don't wanna express anything in particular, pinterest-search for fashion poses lol 🙈
