Character - WIP

I know it's quite late, but I'm restraining myself from spaming with the Hogwarts OCs, instead, have this little wip of a new boy I'm designing

He has no name yet, so you can suggest one on the comments! I want it to be kind of royal (the name).

Anyway, he's part of The Elf Princess story, I think it's quite obvious. He's an old "friend" of Fibian (the frog).
