Jhon owns and runs an orphanage so no he would not quit, they are his children and he'll take care of them till he can't physically do so.
If Joachim were still doing his job at heaven then yes he'd quit but he has come to really appreciate the café he works at so no probably not.
Jason wants to be a folklorist but atm he's working at a fast food joint so yes he'd be happy to quit.

Uhm in Hunters case? I don't think so. They work at their moms store selling records and music equipment and on top of that they're in a band. I have a feeling they'd end up giving most of the money away and keep working.

Lust, probably not lol he doesn’t really have a choice cos he’s a dangerous criminal and his job is basically mass murder plus he’d probably give most of the money to his brother and use the rest to upgrade his axe lol
Intellect, absolutely not, he loves his job and would use the money to be able to afford to make even cooler weapons, robots, and other technology things lol
Gluttony, ehh well hes pretty much in the same boat as Lust, except he’s a monster. tho if he could, he would absolutely love to be able to live somewhere quiet with Lust where they could, I dunno, grow old together or smth, he likes cheesy stuff like that
so I’d say yeah, Gluttony would like to quit working although he wouldn’t really be able to
Envy, they’re 14 their only job is keeping themselves alive which is still a pretty difficult job for them but oh well I refuse to kill them off. They would have no idea what to do with the money tbh, would probably buy a binder and get a therapist and that’s it lol
Wrath, she would not quit, she loves working with her parents in their lab and she’d probably use the money to donate to churches and ministries or something
Love, yes they would lol they work at a Chick-fil-a and although the people there tend to be pretty nice, they would rather be spending more time with their significant other. They would probably use the money to buy a bunch of gifts and special things for their significant other and their parents and family
