June Gloom - Beach Days
Here's another parody artwork I made, it's a parody of the artwork of the second studio artwork by the British virtual band Gorillaz titled Demon Days (2005), and here I based my take on the Demon Days cover art off of my character Raven Nightshade's gothic rock band June Gloom with the band's name at the top and at the bottom I decided to title it as Beach Days as the June Gloom term comes from a common weather pattern in Southern California that results in overcast, cloudy skies with cool temperatures during late Spring and early Summer, although ironically the band is actually based in Santa Cruz, which of course is up north in the Monterey Bay area and just south of the San Francisco Bay Area, Raven decided to use the June Gloom name for her band as she lived in the Southern California city of Ventura in her high school and early adult years and often experienced June Gloom and one day she thought it would make a great name for a gothic rock and/or metal band so she used the name while forming the band with her friends back in Santa Cruz around 2019 as a result. The album cover for Demon Days is based off The Beatles album Let It Be (1970), which was the twelfth final album from the band and was released a month after the band announced their break-up. In each square in this parody artwork based off the Demon Days album cover, Raven Nightshade replaces Murdoc Niccals, Lucas Laar replaces 2-D, Leon Cliff replaces Russel Hobbs and Opala replaces Noodle.May 11, 2026#originalcharacters
