Unless you blocked a user, all text posts will be displayed in the Community Tab.
And yes, you can see a specific users’ text posts on their own profile! It’ll be in the middle/2nd tab on any users’ profile in their general feed; reshared art & all posted art will be in that middle general feed too.
Additionally, there is currently no way to filter certain text posts like Tumblr & Instagram (like hide all text posts with the keyword “spider” for example!)

•All textposts are displayed in the community tab. You can see someone's textposts by visiting their profile and selecting the middle column, the one that looks like a sheet of paper (left is the gallery, right is their profile description, the middle one is all of their textposts, iart and reshares in chronological order)

•Currently, there's no way to filter seeing text posts :( it'll probably be a quality of life update at some point, but for now I just try to put all my text posts into a collection.
