I guess for Neron is Exterminate, since it's literally like a power up for him.
Idk for the rest, I mean for Lender it would be the motivation to revenge his family and blah blah blah, nothing really interesting.

•Most of my characters have strong desires to make something big to feel accomplished, so they usually train and learn as much as they can. It's the journey for them, the friendship and hard times, I've killed off characters, make they go to a different place unrelated to earth (or their planets) give them hardships, new relationships...alll that jazz...it's amazing how I sometimes don't notice my characters goals until they are their own person
