POV you just posted cringe in front of the wrong 11th graders

I've been thinking about Alabaster a lot recently. He was originally made as a stuck-up housemate for Elias (and Casey) and a punching bag for Shirley, but he's come into his own over the past six months. You could say he proved himself during the events of my novel, An Act of Zealotry. And then accidentally assimilated into Dee's friend group. If you told his past self that would happen, he'd probably screech.

Don't get me wrong, he's still a pompous annoying goofball and I'll take any insult towards him as a compliment, but I care for him a little bit more now. If Artfol ever starts allowing multiple images in the same post, I might make a comic about his childhood up to present day, to highlight his growth as a person.

But for now I'll probably keep drawing him looking insufferable.
