Posemaniacs for dynamic poses. Good for visualizing how the muscles of the body work and can be used for figure drawing!

Since I don't have Pinterest, I just take some photos of myself with the poses I need or I look on the internet, there are a lot of good references

Adorkastock is really nice for different poses, I follow them on instagram where they upload free references frequently (as well as on other social medias) but you can also buy more from them. You can probably search them up on pinterest too and get a bunch of results

It's good for drawing references and tutorials. But I do know an anatomy app called ( easy pose) it's an ok, but you have to pay for some of it. But other than that, it's a 3d model app, and you can customize the avatar and background so
