My tallest character (that I have in my gallery) is Luther, being 7'0. However, his species can get ridiculously tall, up to 10-11 feet tall.
In terms of shortest, I'd say Klixip with 4'9. He's a small lil boy. Absolutely precious creature.
Fun fact: I'm 4'9 and my doctor said I wouldn't get much taller so guess I'll suffer then lmao

Hnnngh i hate height differences, i never set them in stone. I do know that Freece/Asoriphair, Jester and Remnant are pretty dang tall tho. And time is probably a lil shorty-

Tallest is Flora, haven’t drawn her much lately but she’s 9’11. That’s just my set height for her currently but she’s always going to be my tallest, she’s not human so I play around with her height a bit. Shortest would be a child oc I have and she’s 4’11. Forgot her name since I don’t draw her much.

Shortest would be Juno (a little space biologist) at 4' 9' and the tallest is probably Thora (a giant I'm still designing) who's 10 feet!

Speaking about tallest male oc is Jim who easily reaches 8 feet. While my shortest adult male oc Riley, a fae, is about 5 and a half inches. ( around 5 foot 4-5 as a human) He is even shorter than his sister.

(Not counting the adults cause they're nor really developed and idk how tall they are) I think Adam is the tallest. Either him or Lane. And adorable little Alex is she shortest. She's like 5'5" maybe shorter

Tallest is probably Uriel (TV headed angel thing) at 10' 6' as his "pure" form, and 7' 7", and shortest is Deimian (Kobalt-thing) who is 3' 5" feet of pure chaos.

Tallest I think is Solarion, he’s 7’7, and the shortest adult is Sorin, he’s 4’5 ( I have a shorter halfling in the works but she’s not official yet)

hmmm, i think my tallest is min she's uhh 1.95 i think and the shortest is cherry with 1.53, i change a lot my ocs height since if i make them too tall or too short then i wil not know how to draw them together
