Neron likes to save money so he can buy pretty and expensive things to his wife. He also loves to invite her for dinners to the most glamorous restaurants.
So I'd say he does both xD.
Ting Ting likes to spend money on travels. Her and Neron are slowly visiting every country.
Valentine prefers to save because he doesn't know how to spend money or on what spend the money.
Lender does spend his money, not like a lot of money, but he likes to spend it.
Jack Nero saves the money cause he doesn't know on what to spend it.
(He has a really old car that is falling apart, maybe he could buy a new one, he's rich anyways.)
