The effect on this is so cool?? Maybe have more of a contrast between the bg and the main color of the character because they kind of bled together. Adding some light to the sleeves and hair of the character like you did with the eyes and nose would add more depth but it could also be a stylistic choice. Can I ask how you did the effect with the rainbows on the bg?

I don't know where to begin!?!? the texture on the hair is amazing, I love how you can see each strand of hair but without it feeling to messy or overwhelming. Its neat and has a flow and looks natural! And that background 
those flowers look beautiful and add an elegance to the drawing. And good call on that blur effect. I think it helps keep the focus on the person and helps add some personality to the drawing. I know this is technically a critique but I find I really love the drawing! I can't believe this is your first time doing something like this it looks like you've done this a million times, maybe you went into this drawing with confidence

This looks AMAZING! I think the one thing I would suggest is a higher contrast between the bg and the character. Either by making the bg lighter or brighter or by adding some sort of drop shadow or something to really make her pop.
