Might not be the face but the neck perhaps. Given the proportions on how wide the shoulders are, the neck seems very skinny and small which may cause an imbalance between body and face. If he were less broad, it would be overall a smaller frame. But if you want to keep the width of his shoulders, then making the neck more broad makes sense.
