Digital painting critique?Something just feels off about her face and it’s really demotivating 
It’s still in its “ugly” phase so hopefully it will get better

As a general tip: shading
Your current shading seems to stay within one color (basically the triangle or square of your color selector). By varying the color slightly (the ring around the color selector square or triangle) as well as playing with the saturation you can achieve livelier shadows even while still staying with a muted color palette.
Also great is having your light source be the complementary color to your shadows. Blue toned light source and orange toned shadows for example.

Painting expressions is really hard, I think you did a great job!
But if you do want my two cents, maybe try to add less detail around the nose? Creases in skin etc tends to age a character, especially in a more cartoonish style
Another thing you could try is adding thicker lashes around the eyes
I feel like that always makes a big difference
But yeah this is really awesome overall!! I love the way you did the hair, I have a hard time with hair XD
