Some of my OCS are individualistic, but some are the kind to follow the crowd. Since I have many OCS; I'll just say two examples.

Satoshi just goes by what he wants, but will help for the people he loves. He hates the idea of following the crowd and believes that it can lead to people to loose their true charm and morals. He used to follow the crowd, and it lead to him feeling imprisoned and he realized that he changed into something that goes against what he stands for. He has changed for the better, but it doesn't change the fact of what he has done, which is why he wants to find a way to pay for his consequences.

Caden has always relied on other people in a way that can be frustrating, but he feels if he doesn't do that, that he will be lost. He's done that habit for a while, mainly due to how his old friend made him feel that he doesn't follow her, he will fail, and it affected him deeply since it always happen. He's away from her and he definitely has the potential to be his own person, but he doesn't know how to.

They are both friends and Satoshi is trying to help Caden overcome that obstacle.
Andol is very individualistic. He does not care what others want and he's not afraid to show it. He always does things his own way, unless following orders is necessary.
Hamza is the polar opposite. He has a hard time following his own mind. He's a huge people-pleaser so he always follows the crowd. Tho Andol does help him out with it, so he does start to at least try to be more independent
For my sona it'd depend on the matter at hand to be honest; If he knows something is right, he'll so do regardless of how others feel about it, but if he's clueless about something he'd just follow the rest of the group's opinion even if they're collectively wrong, hopefully I made sense ^^;
