Notable paint here is Daniel Smith Shadow Violet which I used mixed with Da Vinci Cerulean Hue to shade the snow. A little disappointment re how close Shadow Violet is to Moonglow/Da Vinci Artemis, I didn’t NEED two funky granulating convenience darks in my palette but there was some dried testing blob on the palette and it looks really good as snow!Nov 20, 2021
