Tbh this was made for my father whom I'm not very fond of because he neglected me a lot as a kid, and then pretends like 'nothing's wrong' in the present. I was somewhat persuaded into doing this painting, even though I don't like making paintings. It's not a subject I like, the colours are not my kind also (but he wanted white flowers so whatever) and I no longer enjoy making acrylic painting because I did that for school and everything gallery-like just reminds me of my awful years in forced education. So much dislike that I spent more than a month finishing something that I could pretty much complete in a week or two. The outcome is not as refined as I wanted (it would've taken me a reluctant 2 weeks extra if I wanted to make it look precisely even colours and clean lines.)
So yeah, in general it was a sucky experience.
