I'm trying to get back into exercising for generic health reasons, so does anyone do any simple exercises (or have any tips) they're willing to share? I don't have any equipment nor can I exercise outside, but I've got a floor and I've got myself :)Mar 17, 2022

Squats, lunges, jumping jacks, power walking, planking, arm circles (idk the name)

•bwf's minimalist routine just to start out. walking lunges, pushups, rows (you can just do one arm bent over rows with something heavy), and plank shoulder taps. do 3 sets of each and work up to 8-10 reps per set.

•squads, lunches, half-pushups (I mostly put my knees to the ground, but if thats too hard you can do some standing up, to a wall), and there is one rly good one but i'll have to find a way to explain it :,)

•If you want to strengthen your legs, get a dining chair or if your bed is short enough you can do it too: step up on it using one leg, and with the other, try to touch your knee to your chest. Do it with both legs. It’s a simple but easy way to exercise your core and thigh muscles without using a lot of space
