R.I.P. Coney Island Girl

I'm killing my drawings.
Well, I did already with my perfectionism.
This has to stop.
So now my unfinished drawings get to die for real.
Each drawing will be momentarily "revived" through my engagement with it in order to bring it to an end.
It will not actually be finished with its original intent, only put to rest. Why? Because I'm in a transitional phase mentally and so is my art. It's been nice doing more or less the same thing for 4 years. But now I need something else.
Each character will get a light shading of blue and/or purple on their skin to look dead-er.
Each drawing will get flowers.
Each drawing gets a coffin or grave.
And finally each drawing gets to be soaked in "blood" (mixed media of my choice) to signify their unlived life taken from them.
Dead ideas, dead before coming to fruition.
That way they still get their ending while I get my sanity back by cleaning up my space and killing the physical manifestation of my perfectionism, which I am also trying to kill, slowly.

Additional information:
This character was meant to be a Pinup Girl, but she didn't want to. I envisioned her encountering a tragedy on a sunny day while visiting Coney Island. She did get her ice cream and her lacerated neck, but her background stayed unfinished.
Putting the shooting star on the skull's head was my personal highlight of the process.
