Draw it Again - Art Improvement

This is a very old challenge, but I think it's still fun to do and I haven't seen it a lot here ! The idea is to browse through your old artworks and pick one that you will recreate with the medium of your choice. Then you post the before-after comparison here :). It doesn't have to be a fully colored illustration, a sketch is fine too ! There is no deadline and no competition, this is just for fun. If you've been struggling with your art lately, this can be a good way to realise how much you have improved, it's good for your self-esteem :).

Redraw of an old artwork

I'm taking part in my own challenge xD !
I found an old watercolor painting from 2014, it was one of my first artworks with watercolors. I remember struggling on it, I was happy with the hair but not the face. I decided to draw it again to try to make it better, and this time I added a background ! It's far from perfection but I think it's a big step up from the original.
