Given Riaj'nud's birthday is on new year's eve I think she'd be more surprised than anything else if it was forgotten. Neither her nor Kian care too much about birthdays honestly. They've had so many of them. Kian does usually try to celebrate then though

Nearly All of my ocs live in a time period before people really record their birthdays so I doubt they would notice

Neron would be a but hurted, but would celebrate it alone with Exterminate.
Exton would be hurted, same as Valentine, but Exton wouldn't mind much.
Valentine would cry and have a breakdown.
Levi would be OK with it since he's mostly in world tours, he always has his fans tho.

H probably forgot it too &/or is glad there’s no big deal being made
Jimmy is a little sad but tried not to show it (although Emilia & Tea Party would NEVER forget)
Emilia would make a small cake just for herself, & go out & buy a new game so she can play that all day
Carly would be SO upset especially because her birthday is pretty memorable (Valentine’s Day) but would try to cheer herself up with cupcakes &/or cookies &/or chocolate
Rosalina ALWAYS schedules a birthday dinner with her parents & Emilia (her sister), & H makes a massive deal of her birthday, no one would forget but hypothetically, she wouldn’t do anything. She would just live her normal life & look after Cerise because as a parent her toddler is her top priority
Pearl would be super petty & angry & refuse to do anything for anyone
KC would be sad but at the same time Rosalina literally was in labour on her birthday so she’s missed one before, & it was no big deal
Tea Party would be sad but remind absolutely everyone & try to celebrate like normal
TicToc would not care at all. Her birthday is Christmas so.. she hardly gets one. Plus she never celebrated either between the ages of 4 & 12
Bob would be more likely to forget his than anyone else or assume it was an April Fools joke
Gidget would be offended & extremely upset. Being forgotten about & neglected is a trauma of hers
Bella shares a birthday with Daring, the two of them always remember each other’s birthday but she wouldn’t bother TOO much since she’s in her 30’s & kinda over it
