Watch over your boyfriend
This is majorly inspired by a drawing I saw, it was very sweet and I took an opportunity to draw them. I can never quite get the layering when drawing a character leaning on something with their face so they their cheek gets squished, but I really want to. It’s cute.The colour motifs are also here I guess, can’t forget about how their associated colours are secretly reversed. I also drew this while listening to “The Guy Who Didn’t Like Musicals”, now I’m back to my “Albert is into musicals” realm of thought. I still don’t know if it’s canon or if it’s just in the realm of me projecting onto him and also because a musical about them would be awesome. I’ve been into Starkid original musicals lately, Hatchetfield trilogy specifically. “If I Loved You” from Nerdy Prudes has actually given me an idea for these two, it Did Things to my mind. My secret dream is to meet people who would sound like them and be willing to write/sing a fake musical about these two with me, because the lack of middle aged men making covers of romantic songs from cartoons that I use to imagine them to makes me genuinely upsetNov 28, 2023

•Sweet, so sweet, we hardly ever see middle aged queer men in media, very less in musicals. There's always room for a musical and it would be so cool to imagine. They also look so wholesome here
