You did the clothes really well!! I think it suits the vibe you're going for. What I'd suggest is bringing the eyes closer to each other. Also the eye closest to the 'camera' (bad explaining sorry) seems a bit more tilted than the other?
I think adding details to the ear would really bring more volume to the piece. Tbe hair could use a few more loose strands. By saying loose strand you can just do some stray lines.
The face lineart feels a little messy. Your hair and clothe lineart is done very well and it looks pretty, maybe defining the lineart around the neck and face would bring more realness?
Also don't just shade with darker shades of the skin tone! Try using reds and blues and purple. I mostly use purple under the neck, red/pink for the ears nose and chin.
