Honestly that whole year was just filled with the best paintings that I've ever done. Which strangely leaves me envious of my past self. Though this one has always been a stand out among them. The polished look that I pulled out of my ass, the way the workflow was effortless and the way that it was way past my skill level at the time makes this iconic to me.

I LOVE THE SOFTNESS - I totally can see why you are proud of this artwork it has a very special vibe..
And it's totally valid to even be envious towards a past version of oneself but it also means you have the potential to grow into that and some stuff needs time or maybe you learned other things instead and that's totally normal
