Drawing like a sculptorI really admire sculptures as a form of art, and it is one of those things that I've wanted to do but just haven't. For whatever reason.
But I think that's why I appreciate it when paintings have that sculpture like feel to them. I find that it can give a nice professional look. Probably because you'd really have to know your values and forms to be able to achieve it.
One of the artist that I think excels in creating such paintings is Zeen Chin.
I never intended to make anything inspired by his work, but it kinda happened subconsciously. Due to the sheer influence that he had on me and because I was trying to aim for that sculpture like feel myself.
So that's how this artwork was born
