I used to do this a bit, but after I started to warm up by drawing a characters features it's gotten to be a non-issue

This happens to me lol I usually have a "translation" sketch (the first sketch that appears in a different style for some reason) and then I reference the translation sketch to hopefully draw the character more in my style XD Its like breaking in shoes I suppose

This happens to me a lot, but I only draw fanarts of one real guy, which makes it even more difficult because my art isn't near realism in any way.
