I think it’s really cute and like the expression. I don’t have much experience, but maybe altering the background a bit would help the character stand out more. The value of hair and bg look pretty close so maybe having the value around the character darker or lighter would help

I like the design of your oc, and I liked how you made the jewelry, love the design it have. The things I could see you could improve would be that the wrist looks more smaller than the other, I think you meant to make it look like it is behind the breast but it make this illusion of a smaller wrist. The neck looks a little bigger.
