what's the "backstory" of your username?
mine, formatted correctly, is ChellouXX (pronounced chel-oh). i thought my old one was kinda cringe and i wanted to change it to something softer sounding and less syllables. i don't play the cello, but it's my favorite string instrument b/c i like it's mellow and rich sound. the 2 "X"'s are a tribute to my original user and to my real name :)Apr 12, 2023

I feel alienated often and I like arts and crafts,but there were too many users similar to any I was going to pick out. So I decided to think a little harder and put that together.
It's relatively understandable,and now mainly my own work shows up in search results,so long as there's no space (unintentional pun).

The best fun factMy name is Lia and growing up some of my friends called me Wewa(basically its an old nickname) bc theyr stupid and decided since i was the youngest they would say my name in baby talk (we were like 7 at the time and they thought a two month gap was so huge lol [but then again i still have some friends need to get past that] wewa pronounced: wee-wuh if that wasnt clear alr)

My family nickname + what I post, I firts made it to seperate my insta art acc from my private acc that also has my nickname in it, and just use that on all art related platforms now

I was trying to find a username that was easy to memorize so a number, and I picked 4 cuz I like it for some reason. My persona’s name used to be Ari, so 4ri and also rida is like “reader” but said in an Aussie accent, 4 people who like to read sit around a square table so that’s why I have a square frame for my watermark, and also “four” starts with F like my name Fae, so it’s pronounced 4 like the number and ree-da :)

It's a keyboard slam! I have to rebrand soon because I plan to publish my comic kinda secretly under a different penname. But eageali feels so me at this point that I'm at a complete loss

An earlier version of my username referenced my obsession for indie games, because I believed in supporting smaller creators and ideas that were unique
4zr4 can just be pronounced as “Azra”, which I believe roughly translates to “help/aid” in context to the angel’s name iirc.
To this day, I hadn’t dropped that name for like 6 years.
And also obsessed with references to the internet.
So I took a well known error code

•Mind = Universe. And Xabel is a variant of Xavier. Androgynous, local and stranger sounding, and I like the meanings: good home, castle, bright, helper, intuitive, courageous... It has a stable feeling to it.

some time back i wanted my username to be 'taptotype' but that was too long and weird so i shortened it to 'tapto' and added a syllable from my nickname to make 'taptozi' :p

One day i randomly smashed my keyboard,and it caused my computer to write XYZ on the screen. And then boom! I added a little ending "ie" to sound it more like a name, and there is your Xyzie

"Táalhem" means "our Earth" in the Hedamian conlang of our story, it's how their world is called! And I kept the .art even on Artfol because I like having the same username everywhere

I used to have an alias named "Kya4Spells", I think I liked to make people happy with cute spells, and "4" is because I'm the fourth and youngest child. "Kya" because I found anime girls screaming it quite funny.

i've answered this before and honestly is pretty simple, when i started this account i had some obsession for jjba soundtracks and my favorite oc at that moment was my snake lady so, in a hurry, i decided to mix them both and fshhhh, awakesnake was there

Well my old, old one had my dead name in it when I was getting uncomfortable with it and so I changed it to mosswindows after my oc named Moss and idk, windows sounded cool, and then I switched it to woodswindows when I finally chose my real name :D

I actually don’t know I remember coming up with a username and I love phoenixs and it just popped and out came Mythical_Phoenix. Been my username for a long time.
