this is Rie in Genshin Impact ver. (it's like the splash art when you pull a character on wish) lol
She has dendro vision. She wields a catalyst, therefore she's more on the elemental dmg rather than physical dmg.
Her attacks looks like flowers (her base attack animation probably look like a flower spitting some poisonous shit or smth and when holds, 3 flowers came out surrounding the enemies and shots them with a larger type of shit).
her elemental skill is probably like those spiky dendro thingy to hold the enemy in place (much like frozen(?) but different
) and while it's dealing continuous dmg to the stucked enemies, she can attack them using her base attacks.
and I was thinking her elemental burst will help adding more dmg to her normal attacks (like Xingqiu's burst), after 30s, it'll make an AoE which can deals dendro dmg to enemies and also heals the team within the AoE.
