These mythological demonic creatures, which are also known as Guanchas, come from the mythology of Guanches, prehispanic inhabitants of the Canary Islands. These demons had bodies of large wild dogs, blazing red eyes and long black fur. Tibicena lived in deep caves inside the mountains and represented darkness and evil.
