What is your secret for making art quickly?

I get frustrated because ideas come in much faster than I can produce them. I'd like to be faster so ideas don't get so backed up and my interest in them "expires" (best way I can describe the feeling get tired of having an idea.)

Not worrying about it being your best work, honestly.
The more you do it, the easier it gets, and the faster it gets finished.
Do you want an advice on motivation or technique ?

I can't help much for motivation but I can surely tell you that if you wanna make art faster, draw traditionally and train your eye/hand coordination by doing various exercises, likes, take a sheet of papers and draw lines in one go, but make the lines as straight as possible
Then do circles
Then triangles
Then set yourself a timer and train to draw under a certain amount of time

It's little exercices like this that got me to draw twice as fast as some of my classmates currently 🤔
Well for me it depends what type of art I’m doing. If I’m doing cartoon or anime, I can finish it more quickly which is about 3 days to a week if I’m colouring it. If I’m doing realistic drawing, it takes me longer about a month or so especially with drawing people or animals if my schedule isn’t too busy.

When I have ideas I would write it down or make thumbnails so I will remember it.

If you remember how to draw certain subjects it will help you draw faster I think
Joining art challenges where you only have a short amount of time like for example gartic phone. Or learn what shadows/lights are the most important so you can size down the rendering and still let it look good
Repetition. The more you draw certain poses and compositions, the more your brain is used to it, and the faster you'll be able to draw similar subjects again.

When I draw things that I've drawn a lot in the past (bust commissions, cat ocs, etc) I can crank out art ridiculously fast, even to the point of getting multiple drawings done in a day. But when I try to draw something new, I slow wayyyy down because I'm entering unfamiliar territory.

You run the risk of sameface or having your art look too similar after a while (something I struggle with), but boy will you be able to draw fast!
I just have many wips at different levels of done (as of right now 42 I think?) I'm actually trying to learn I can just post the line arts or flats or whatever. Past me was very creative lol. I also been getting into more traditional stuff so that takes way less time. My head is mostly empty and I just go. (Helps I tend to post once daily unless I'm in an art block or life doesn't let me draw for whatever reason)
Honestly, I’m in the same place. If I can, I’ll try my best to either write the ideas down as they come, or sketch them out quickly so I can go back to it later. But I felt the interest expiration thing,,,, it’s a curse.
If I have multiple art ideas, I note them down so if I feel stumped, I can always go back to get some inspiration.
